Each section of our Terms & Conditions reflects the standards we uphold and the commitment we have to providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Airline:
On group tours, we generally fly with airlines that are group-friendly. Group tours are based on economy/economy premium class, if you wish to travel by Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability. During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.


Flights:

Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, Saudia, Oman Air, Lufthansa, Swiss, British Airways (Preferred by Hop n Pop)


Transport:
For transfers and sightseeing we use Sedan/SUV/Van respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.


Note:

Our group tours are kept small, with 8 to 16 participants, so everyone enjoys a more personal and relaxed experience.


Sightseeing attraction:

Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible and no refund of the entry fee will be given.


Hotels:
The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Hop n Pop’s guests in the past. The
category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour.
Ex. Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Ibis, Mercure, B&B Hotels, The Säntis lodge Hotel, Hotel Taescherhof, Mountain Paradise, Mountain View GuestHouse, Chalet Hotels, Boutique Hotels, Novotel, Radission,Indigo, Courtyard or Similar.


Meals:
On tour, we provide Breakfasts, from day one to the last day. Dinners-only if specified explicitly

Visa:
Hop n Pop Tourism takes maximum tourists from India to Europe through group tours, customised holidays and corporate tours. Every month Hop n Pop Visa Facilitation Team of members assist number of our guests for visa documentation, visa application, visa submission to VAC/VFS/ consulate, collection of passports from the VAC/VFS/ consulate on guest’s behalf wherever applicable. However, all guests should be aware of the fact that ‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy. Hop n Pop Tourism does not play any role in the actual granting of the visa. Hop n Pop cannot be held responsible for delay or rejection of the visa by the respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of Hop n Pop. We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking. Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour. Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa status/validity according to their personal programme.


Upgradation on tour:


Flights: Group tours are based on economy/economy premium class, if you wish to travel by Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.


Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.


Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.


Vehicles:For transfers and sightseeing we use Sedan / Van respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
